These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Dil-O-Chat mobile application and related services operated by LUNIX TECHNALOGY & ENTERTAINMENT (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED ("we", "us", "our", or "Developer"). By creating an account, accessing, or using Dil-O-Chat, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must meet the minimum age requirements applicable in your country to use Dil-O-Chat. If local law requires parental or guardian consent, you may use the service only with the required consent. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service is lawful in your jurisdiction.

2. Account Registration

• You may be required to create an account to access certain features.
• You must provide accurate and current information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and login credentials.
• You must not impersonate another person or create an account using misleading information.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

3. Live Streaming and User Content

Dil-O-Chat allows users to participate in live audio/video streams, chat, and other interactive features. You are solely responsible for content you create, upload, transmit, or display through the service.

You must not upload, broadcast, or share content that:

• Violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• Contains illegal, fraudulent, threatening, abusive, or harassing material.
• Contains sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse material, or content involving minors in a sexual context.
• Promotes violence, dangerous activities, or criminal conduct.
• Contains malware, malicious code, spam, or deceptive material.
• Unreasonably exposes another person's private or confidential information.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, servers, or APIs.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the application except where permitted by law.
• Use bots, scripts, automation, or other methods to abuse or manipulate the service.
• Manipulate virtual items, rewards, rankings, or engagement metrics.
• Conduct scams, phishing, fraud, money laundering, or other deceptive activities.
• Harass, threaten, stalk, or abuse other users.

5. Live Room and PK Rules

Dil-O-Chat may provide live rooms and interactive PK/battle features between hosts. Participants must follow applicable laws and these Terms while using such features. The Developer may moderate, restrict, disable, or terminate a live room or PK session when necessary to protect users, the service, or legal compliance.

6. Virtual Items and In-App Features

Dil-O-Chat may offer virtual coins, gifts, rewards, badges, frames, rankings, or other digital features. Unless expressly stated otherwise, virtual items are licensed for use within the service and do not constitute real-world money, property, or a transferable financial asset.

Virtual items may be subject to availability, limits, expiration rules, promotional conditions, or changes to the service. We may modify or discontinue virtual features where reasonably necessary.

7. Payments and Purchases

If paid features or virtual items are offered, payments may be processed through applicable app stores or third-party payment providers. You agree to comply with the applicable payment provider's terms.

Refunds are handled according to applicable law and the policies of the relevant app store or payment provider, unless otherwise required by law.

8. Moderation and Enforcement

We may review reports, moderate content, and take appropriate action when users or content violate these Terms or applicable law. Actions may include content removal, feature restrictions, warnings, suspension, or account termination.

We may also cooperate with lawful requests from government authorities or law enforcement.

9. Intellectual Property

The Dil-O-Chat application, branding, software, design, logos, text, graphics, and other materials provided by the Developer are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our materials.

10. Third-Party Services

Dil-O-Chat may use third-party services and SDKs to provide functionality such as authentication, analytics, cloud services, communications, live audio/video streaming, notifications, and payments. Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

11. Privacy

Your use of Dil-O-Chat is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information. By using the service, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Privacy Policy.

12. Service Availability

We aim to keep Dil-O-Chat available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at every time or location. We may perform maintenance, updates, upgrades, or changes to the service.

13. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account if we reasonably believe that the account has violated these Terms, applicable law, or the safety and integrity of the service.

You may stop using the service at any time. Where account deletion is available, requests may be submitted through the applicable in-app or web-based account deletion process.

14. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dil-O-Chat is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, or suitability of user-generated content or third-party services.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LUNIX TECHNALOGY & ENTERTAINMENT (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the service, including loss of data, profits, or access, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the service, legal requirements, or business practices. Updated Terms will be made available through the application or an appropriate public location. Your continued use of Dil-O-Chat after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
